These guys are the real deal. Our normal plumber refused to try to fix a pin hole leak which was extremely difficult to get but recommended we call Red Beard. Britt and Sean are not only experts but HIGHLY entertaining and were able to reroute the pipe overhead. Great service, great company and will go straight to them for future needs. These guys were recommended on Nextdoor and we are so happy with everything they did. They replaced the outside faucet, a water softener and are coming back to replace the well tank. Red Beard was at my house last week to do a pretty major repair (i.e. involving a jackhammer to my floor!!!). Not only was the inside plumbing issue fixed, but honestly, I'm not sure exactly how, but you could hardly even tell they were there...Cement poured where the access to the drain line happened and I realized I had over prepared for dust-Lol. They must have completely blocked off the area with plastic. I don't know. Just happy the drain line is fixed, floor ready for it's next step to normal, and I didn't have a major mess, or again, really any, afterward...Jeanette coordinated the whole thing, Eric and colleague showed up as planned, drain line fixed, I was kept updated as the work progressed, and all was beyond well:-) This company is also very patient w/ my many many questions...:-)
