Excellent experience with this company--from start to finish! Scheduling was very easy, and the woman who schedules is so nice and helpful. Eric and Forrest came to work on my sink, and both were so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I would recommend them to anyone!

Britt and Shawn showed up on time, and were quick, courteous and professional! However, after they left, my leaky toilet started running again, so called to let them know. They returned the very next morning to fix problem, but couldn’t get it to act up again while there. So they said if I had any more problems to give them a call back. That night, it started running again. I called them, they showed showed up and put in a second set of brand new parts in my tank, at no additional cost to me! They figured out that it leaked TOO, because the seal under the flush valve recommended for my brand and model did not seal properly!!! First time they’d seen that! They immediately made another trip to the supply store, purchased a different seal that “looked” almost identical to the one in the kit that goes to my tank model, installed it, and it completely solved the problem!!! ????
