Austin, Brycen and Tim were a great crew! They were professional, attentive to detail and great about answering questions. They went above and beyond when they found the flue wasn't up to code, not just for the furnace, but the hot water tank as well. They replaced both and made the house much safer! I would recommend Aire Serve to anyone needing heat/AC services! They also have an amazing guarantee! Highly recommend.

We have been with Aire Serv for 10 years and have loved their service. Particularly Clint who has been an amazing every time we have called. Any issue we have had, Clint eventually figures it out and helps get it resolved, and often goes above and beyond what is expected in helping us. I would highly recommend Aire Serv for anyone's needs when it comes to heating and air!

I think this company used to be good before being bought out. I purchased a new HVAC system (greater than $15k) and the air conditioner promptly had a defect and stopped cooling within the first 6 months of operation. Reception folks acted extremely inconvenienced by my calling and reluctant to schedule the repair. Multiple times I ended up apologizing for needing them to resolve the issue. I knowingly paid the premium to go with the great service I read about in reviews. Not at all what is happening. Wouldn’t recommend.
