It all started when Derik came by and asked if he could inspect the roof. He said that he had a few other homes in the area they were working. At first I was skeptical. After reading other Google reviews I decided to give Derik a call and speak with him. He showed me the pictures he took and explained why a new roof was needed. Derik was not pushy and did not pressure me in any way. As a matter of fact, he helped with my insurance. I had an Actual Cash Value policy with one company and did not realize it. They would only pay 46% of the cost of replacing the roof.
