It was a struggle with my insurance but Troy helped me and we ultimately got a re-inspection and coverage of the loss. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Troy with VH1 Roofing replaced our roof last month. We had storm damage and insurance found a loophole to deny our claim. I took 3 bids and did not share the data with the other bidding companies. VH1 came in with the best price even while using better-rated shingles with a solid warranty. We had a new roof within a week, and tear down and replacement was done in one day. They also recently replaced another family member's roof, and came strongly recommended. Troy was responsive, courteous, and professional. He answered all of my questions and concerns, and even came out afterward to double check everything. The roof we have now is better than the day the house was built.
