I have used Duvall twice, and both times, they have been nothing short of absolutely amazing. In this current era, where many contractors are inept and/or shady, not Duvall. Every interaction from the team answering the phones in the office to the technicians who come to the house, one thing is clear- the team at Duvall not only wants your business, they aim to retain you as a customer! I have now used Duvall twice within 2 weeks. The first time was to install a new HVAC system and the 2nd to fix my basement drainage issue. Duvall hires really bright and professional technicians. After hours call Friday, weekend of Fathers day as I had family in town. Pilot light on water heater wouldn't stay lit. Duvall tried to get parts Saturday morning and let me know by 8am. Decided to go with a new tank which was brought out that same morning and installed by lunch, so impressed! Pricing was amazing, service was even better and what has been great quality work!
