When I called to see if a plumber was available I spoke with Casey and he informed me that he had a plumber that could come out to my house this afternoon and they would take care of my long issue we have had with a leak after our new house was built and the builder wanted to send a "handyman" who wanted to rip out my tub. I was so unconformable with that situation and Casey put me at easy that Alejandro Gonzales would take good care of issues. Alejandro Gonzales was the plumber who came to my house today. He was polite and worked quickly and efficiently. He allowed me to explain my issue without interrupting. He did his evaluation and then explained where the leak was coming from, how the leak started, and then fixed it quickly. He tripled checked that the leak was fixed and then cleaned up the bathroom to the way it was before he got here. I could not have asked for a more professional person to come to my house. We had Jaya come out for our annual HVAC tune up. She was extremely professional and transparent. Our unit is over 20 years old so I appreciated her ability to be honest with me and let me know what all they offered while at the same time not being “sales-y” at all. As an Advantage customer, I got a prompt appointment over the Labor Day Holiday weekend. Technician Scott Jenkins is very knowledgeable about his work and your products and courteously took the time to explain how to use my new thermostat. He has also done another job for me and my experience with him has been very good in both instances.
