Jerry was very friendly and informative when discussing the estimate on installing new shingles for our house. Was easy to contact and made additional arrangements to meet with landlord to finalize details. Installation was quick, started around 7 and finishing up before noon. Didn’t require me to take off work for me to be there while they put the shingles on. No mess was left after and everything looked great. Services: Attic venting, Roof installation

My husband and I attempted to hire Nations Best six months ago to replace our windows and doors. Despite numerous attempts on our part to move forward, it’s been six months and we never even received a bid.

I reached out to Nations Best on January 27th. Jeff promptly showed up for our appointment that week and was very professional. I explained that we were looking to replace all the windows and doors in our home in stages, as it's a large home with many unique and large windows. For two months I reached out every couple of weeks trying to obtain our quote so we could move forward on replacing a few of the windows and doors. Jeff would always respond that he was working on the bid and that he was waiting on getting things back from the Anderson rep. His last response was on March 22nd, where he said "I am working on putting it together now. Sorry for the delays. I should have something together for you by Monday." Monday came and went. In the four months since then, I've reached out every few weeks. My phone calls, voicemails and texts have gone completely unanswered. Six months after he came to give us a quote, we've been completely ghosted.
