Ferguson Roof System

We sell real estate in the OKC metro. Ferguson Roofing recently replaced the roof on a property in Tuttle. They did a fantastic job overall. They were able to get the roof installed in a timely fashion before closing while dealing with shingle warranties, upgrading the shingles for the new owners as well as doing a great job for the sellers of the home. A fantastic company to work with!

They are supposed to install siding. 4 days and 3 storms later there are still holes exposed on the exterior of my home. Rain has seeped in damaging the laminate floor. Today the crew left, didn't say they were leaving, left part of my fence down so that anyone can just walk into my backyard and my dog could get out. I requested that the rotted trim be removed from around the doors and windows, nothing was put in between the door frame and rough opening, flimsy j-channel was put over the void. My trying to get through to them that j-channel over a void around the doors wasn't going to keep the weather out didn't sink in instead they blame me for changing my mind on what is needed. This after being told the siding I wanted was ordered, then after a month, having to settle for another type & color of siding. This has been the most horrific experience. This is just a small taste of the hell this company has put my family through.

Stop by their office at 3 pm for roof repair from wind storm. Owner Jamie called back within 30 minutes and sales rep Aaron was at my home by 4:30 with roofers on the house and repairs made by 6:30. They were concerned about repairs being made before upcoming weekend storms. Everyone was extremely polite, professional, and prompt. I highly recommend Ferguson Roof Systems.
