Ferguson Roof Systems, and in particular, Jamie, went above and beyond from working with my insurance adjuster, to scheduling the crews, to regular check-ins to ensure everything was going as planned. In replacing my roof, the decking had to be replaced in order to bring it up to code before the new shingles could be installed. In addition, they tore down the old guttering and replaced it a better quality guttering and also installed the leaf protection to help prevent the gutters from clogging with leaves and other debris. Throughout this entire project, Jamie and his crews were the consummate professionals in every sense of the word. I am so glad they came out on the top of my list of companies to take on my projects! So, I will start by saying I am completely ignorant when it comes to insurance. I filed a claim with my insurance company for roof damage caused by the hailstorm in April. To make a long story short, the insurance company provided what they considered reasonable compensation.
