Submitted an inquiry at 8am, had someone out by noon and the repairs were done by 1. Super quick service, courteous and professional and easy to work with. Our tech Zach was very knowledgeable and personable and was able to quickly diagnose and deal with the issues. Our old heat pump went out and because both the heat pump and furnace were very old we replaced both and had our electric panel updated since we had a pushmatic. All of the employees were very professional and responsive. The install crew arrived on time and were respectful and answered any questions we had along the way. I had an excellent experience with Central Air and Heating from the time of estimate through installation completion. Jeff (estimate) and Sean (installation) and all of the personnel including office staff, electrician and others were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I had an estimate on Monday for a mini-split, and it was installed on Wednesday! Certainly the fastest I’ve ever had anything like that completed. I highly recommend Central Air and Heating and will continue to call on them whenever needed.
