Our old heat pump went out and because both the heat pump and furnace were very old we replaced both and had our electric panel updated since we had a pushmatic. All of the employees were very professional and responsive. The install crew arrived on time and were respectful and answered any questions we had along the way. They kept us informed during all parts of the installation, took care not to impact the rest of the house, and even managed not to let the chickens out of the back yard when they were working on the compressor!
