These people are the best! They have the skills, the know-how and the honesty and integrity to back it up! Amazing company! I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs! Dean was very knowledgeable to talk to and Mason was very helpful and courteous. Michael our technician is definitely management material. He’s a hard worker and honest to a fault. If I could give them zero stars I would, very unprofessional and a waste of time. I contacted this company in hopes to get a water heater fixed for my business, The first lady that I interacted with was super friendly and easy to work with. However I was then called by Mike one of there "Estimate guys" and he had an attitude while on the phone with me. He then asked me to send him all these different pictures and I was told he would send me an estimate asap.. 3 days later (Yes.. it took 3 days) I got a very unprofessional email from Mike Hiefield who represents MP Plumbing btw... with a short email stating "We are going to pass on this one" .... That was all I got in that email, zero explanation, zero reasonings, NOTHING! So not only did they waste my time but they took 3 days for them to simply reply with a "NO".. I manage a business as well and I would never waste a customers time nonetheless be so unprofessional. MP Plumbing Co - Please retrain your employees to know how to properly

While another plumbing company said they would have to replace our entire toilet just to fix the flapper of one from 1963, MP came in & took care of it easily, updating the insides. Thank you!
