From the time that I contacted Western Pacific Roofing we were treated with absolute respect and professionalism. They made us feel like family. We called for emergency roof repair as a tree had fallen on our house, they responded very quickly (in just a few hours) and made the temporary repair to stop any water damage. Then in a short period of time they had the crew here and completely replaced our roof. It looks great ! and we know that we had the best service that we could have possible asked for in fact the exceeded our expectations. We knew we needed a new roof and I was overwhelmed with the investment and the process of trying to choose someone we could trust to do a good job. I interviewed 4 roofing companies and Western Pacific was the last one. I found them as a recommended roofing company on the GAF website (a major producer of shingles). Their bid was incredibly reasonable, there was no pressure/high pressure sales going on (unlike other companies) and their workers did an incredible job. Their work speaks for itself and I am happy to recommend them. We hired western pacific to replace our roof. Their price was middle of the road, but their service was well beyond amazing. We worked with Rand who helped us get scheduled. His team was the hardest working bunch of guys I have ever seen. They showed up on time and worked all day long to get it done as soon as possible. They cleaned up after themselves, every day to make it as little inconvenience for us as possible. They fixed what they broke and went above and beyond to make up content.
