We had an emergency at the house and they were promp, professional and communicated clearly on what we needed . I will use them again should we need to. Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Plumbing leak repair
Feel scammed by service call fee. Over the phone they said they could do what we needed easily, even though I said multiple times it was a little tricky, they insisted they could,, and of course they charge a minimum $150 for a service call.. Well, when they showed up they SLOWLY moped around and looked confused for about 10 minutes before saying they couldn’t do it. Since I paid for them to be there I asked about another possible job I had question about, they acted annoyed about that.
Fourth time using Baxter for myself and mother in law. We appreciate their efficiency and we always feel that we got our money’s worth. Service: Toilet installation
