My dad used these guys yesterday and had nothing but great things to say. “Young, personable guy who got right to work! He did great work at a very reasonable price.” He was pleased with the price and efficiency. My dad is in his 70s and would never know to write a review, so I’ll write it for him :)
Our water heater quit the day before Thanksgiving. I’d called a few plumbing contractors before Ready Rooter & Chapman, all but one didn’t return my call and the one that did said they could schedule an appointment 15 days out. These guys not only answered their phone but took the time to come out and install a new water heater the same day. We live 60 miles east of Eugene. It was well after dark when they finished (I called mid-afternoon). Very professional, friendly and quality workmanship. Thank you Service: Water heater installation
