Pacific Plumbing and Rooter

I've had PPR out a few times for different plumbing issues, and have been happy with them every time. They were quick and friendly, often with useful advice at the end. Definitely my go-to for plumbing.

My pipes kept backing up, and when I had another company install a cleanout valve and they took pictures of my pipes from inside, it turned out I had Orangeburg pipe that was collapsing, causing the pipes to clog. It had to be replaced, and they did not have the machinery to do the job (which included going under a retaining wall on College Hill) and recommended that I contact Pacific Plumbing & Rooter, because they could do it with the right equipment - the procedure is called a pipe burst. They came, gave me a detailed estimate, took care of all of the permits and contacting the city, set a date, showed up on time, and finished the job in less than one day. They were pleasant, professional, cleaned up where they did the work, and came in a couple of hundred dollars under the estimate. I cannot recommend them more highly. It is good to know that I had people solving my problem who know what they are doing and have the right tools to get the job done.

Ricki came out in under an hour on a Saturday for an emergency plumbing leak. I can't thank Pacific Plumbing enough for the excellent service!
