After having an unsatisfying experience with another roofing company, I was feeling uncertain about locating a competent contractor to replace my 28-year-old roof before winter weather hit. Following an intense online search, I selected several companies with excellent reviews. Out of these I ending up choosing BEST Roofing & Waterproofing. Although everyone I worked with was great (both Jasons, Kim, Michael and the brothers who did the actual installation), it was the person I initially spoke with, Domonique Lazott, who impressed me the most. She was very personable and clearly had good knowledge of the business. Domonique took me through their process and answered all questions I had. Our 30-minute conversation addressed all my concerns and bolstered my confidence in their business. Had a new roof installed by BEST Roofing & Waterproofing. They were responsive when I requested a quote, came out 2 weeks later, showed up on time, and completed the installation in one day. The team that came out was very nice and professional. They did a great job cleaning up afterward and making sure there were no staples or debris in the yard or driveway. Roof looks great and haven’t had any issues. I also like that the warranty for the roof is transferable I care I want to sell my house down the road. Highly recommend. Service: Roof installation
