Reynolds Electric and Plumbing

Way OVERPRICED. Check around. Electrical outlet install should be @ $150 to $250 each. Reynolds charged me $600 to put an outlet in the laundry room, another $600 for an outlet in my walk-in closet. I'd already paid $89 for the estimate, thinking it would go toward the price of the outlets, thinking the total would be maybe 250 per. I should have done my research first and should have gotten an estimate from someone that didn't charge for it. Beware of these guys.

Appreciated many aspects of the service from Reynolds Electric and Plumbing. First, I talked to someone with great customer service on my first call. I was offered a next day appointment. Communication was great throughout. When the electrician, Brennan, showed up a few minutes early(!) I was impressed with his customer service skills as well. He was quick to diagnose the issue, was able to offer several ways to deal with it, and quickly went to work to finish the repair. He was knowledgeable and informative. I will definitely contact Reynolds in the future for electrical or plumbing issues.

Tyler from Reynolds Electric was professional, super nice, and gave us information on how we could save on LED recessed lighting. He completed his work efficiently and kept us posted on his progress. I would give him 5 out of 5 stars. Service: Electrical outlet & switch relocation
