They were very clear about how they charge prior to scheduling the appointment. The first technician was pleasant and professional, but was not able to address the thermostat issue on our water heater system. We rescheduled a second visit with Rich, who was very professional and clearly had the experience to determine what needed to be repaired, which he did with expertise. They applied the first "home visit" fee to the second visit and repair, which seemed fair and made the cost reasonable. We will use KCP for our plumbing needs in the future. Jason stayed until every item was finished. He did a great job (I'm very picky). He was friendly, professional and explained everything he was doing and why. They were able to get a plumber out right away for a tricky repair job. The plumber, David, was one of the most friendly, professional, and hard-working craftsmen I've ever had in my home. Plumbing is never cheap but they took care to charge a fair price for a full day's work, and were able to help me get in touch with other contractors for follow-up work on the repair. Just a great experience overall, if you have a leak then I encourage you to get in touch with this outfit.
