We searched long and hard to find someone qualified to refinish the exterior of our log home. We found Oregon Log Home Care via a web search. We are delighted with both the results and the experience. From the start, we could tell we were working with experienced professionals who knew log homes. We received a prompt response to our initial inquiry. Mark set up a site visit appointment and he showed up when he said he would. The bid came shortly after. We signed a contract in April and received an estimated start date for August. The team showed up on the exact date as the original estimate. From the get-go, we could tell that the entire team knew what they were doing. They were skilled, but also courteous, respectful, and organized. And they worked long and hard in some very hot weather. As we said earlier, we are delighted with the results. We are planning to sign up with Oregon Log Home Care for an ongoing maintenance program.

I have a heavy tile roof and Mark came by and assessed what needed to be done. Because of the ice storm and freezing temperatures the work wasn't completed until just this week.
