Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Joe and Brandon did a fantastic job installing my new water heater today. They were very quick and efficient and left the space cleaner than they found it. They were also very sweet to my curious dog. Thank you guys for the excellent work!!!

Root-Rooter has taken care of two jobs I had, replacing a sump-pump and fixing a leak in the line to my bathroom sink. I called Springfield Roto Rooter after finding a leak under my bathroom sink. Was told they couldn’t get someone out until the following day, which was OK. Fortunately, for me, I received a call shortly thereafter letting me know they could have someone at the house within the hour. Within the hour, Jason arrived & quickly assessed the leak source. A supply line under the sink had failed & he had the part in his van & could fix it quickly. I asked if he could go ahead & replace the other 5 supply lines under the other bathroom sinks & he said he could. I knew I was pushing it when I asked if he might be able to install a new toilet for me & he said he could! Not only did he do a great job installing the new toilet, he took the old toilet plus one other old toilet stored on the side of the house. Jason was prompt, friendly, professional and easy to work with. Call Springfield Roto Rooter & ask for Jason (although I’m sure every plumber there is excellent)…you will be glad you did!
