Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Joe and Brandon did a fantastic job installing my new water heater today. They were very quick and efficient and left the space cleaner than they found it. They were also very sweet to my curious dog. Thank you guys for the excellent work!!!

Pretty great experience with Jason at Roto-Rooter... I wanted to specifically give accolades to Jason who fixed my issue. He was incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and easy going. I work from home and was in and out of meetings while he was here, but he easily "went with the flow" (like any good plumber should) and was able to communicate quickly and effectively during little breaks that I had in my meetings. Jason came equipped and ready with knowledge of my situation as I'd relayed it over the phone as well as expectations for what he would see when he squirmed his way to the giant leak in the crawlspace. While down there, he was able to get on the phone with me and describe the situation - this was very valuable to me and my wife who were concerned about the potential for long-term water damage as a result of the leak.
