Absolutely Outrageous Rip-Off – Beware of Priority One HVAC If I could give Priority One HVAC zero stars, I would. I was charged an insane $2,411 by this company to replace a blower motor that costs only $329 retail online, exact same manufacturer and model number. The technician was at my house for just 39 minutes, yet Priority One somehow felt justified billing over two thousand dollars for a job that required minimal time and no special expertise.
I have used Priority One for my residential needs for years now, but during our remodel, we upgraded and replaced our entire system. We are so impressed, that as local business owners felt it necessary to give no less than 5 Stars for an outstanding job. Down to the techs and their professionalism…. Flat out amazing! They were able to make it out same day which was great especially with this heat. it was fixed, he said I had a bad capacitor. I inspected the unit when I got home, and noticed the back and access panel weren’t put back correctly as if he was in too big of a hurry. After my house cools down I’ll shut off the power and pull the screws and place it back correctly. It wouldn’t be a big deal if there wasn’t a huge gap at the bottom for debris to get in causing future problems. Over all I’m happy that they showed up same day and were able to get it going.
