Whoever answers the phone is extremely rude, unprofessional, and impatient. I was deeply offended by the remarks that were made. I will never use this company. Professionalism and courtesy goes a long way! The comment below shows their unprofessionalism! I am in no way connected to any telemarketers and I am a man, but thank you for that unnecessary story.

Called the office spoke and spoke with Carol. I explained that I wanted my bedroom ceiling fan replaced it had quick working. I also explained I did not have a new one yet. Carol stated it would not be a problem. We set the appointment up for today. The electrician arrived and saw that we did not have a new replacement for the ceiling fan. He refused to complete the work. He stated that he would have to return when we had purchased a new ceiling fan. ( Carol did not explain that there would need to be a new ceiling fan purchased by me to be installed before he comes to the house). As he exited the house I asked him a question about the dining room ceiling lamp. Could it be shortened it hangs down too far. The electrician stated yes, you just replace the rod with a shorter one. He asked if he could take it down for us and set it on our dining table? I said okay. He took down the lamp within four minutes.
