The crew that Jason sent out was top notch they were friendly and got the job done perfectly. They had some hiccups and figured everything out and got us exactly what we wanted. Couldn't be happier with our new unit. Also the crew cleaned everything up after they were done and left my garage cleaner than when they started which I really appreciated. A couple weeks ago when the weather was in the 20°’s range, my furnace died. My a/c compressor died in October. The professionalism and care of Lakeside Heating and air conditioning was beyond outstanding. Staff came out the same day to check out my situation on a Thursday and Monday I had a warm house. Had a great experience with Lakeside!!! Our furnace failed and was red tagged by NW Natural Gas. Jason came out quickly and made arrangements to get us on their schedule promptly. He also recognized our furnace was part of a manufacturer recall and as a result saved us a ton of $. The guys who did the installation were on time, professional and respected our home and our time.
