We have used Climate Control for over 15 years and they are always professional and courteous. They installed my current HVAC system including an air exchanger for my wife’s chemical sensitivities. I highly recommend them for both installation and maintenance. 10/21/22 Update: Ian McIntosh performed a superlative Winter PM. I like to understand the technical aspects and, when asked, he walked me through his process in great detail. Another professional job by Climate Control personnel. We are armed and Ready 115’ summer thanks to Marlena. From.the time of the initial visit to installation was the quickest service post-pandemic. The installers were respectful, clean, and quick. Dean came out to look at furnace and diagnose what was wrong. The office got back super fast that the part was local and we got an appointment for repair in a very timely fashion. Dean came back for repair and did a fabulous job and they cleaned up everything. The whole team were friendly and communicated great with me. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you .
