We had AC added to our furnace, From the estimate to installation, Integrity did well. We've been using it only for a month but so far, no complains. Service: Installation
Replaced ancient A/C and failing furnace. We'd had 3 outfits out to see job and didnt feel comfortable. Salesy, contradictory input. Called American Standard direct and checked Integrity reviews. Jace came over and patiently answered questions, made it very real and clear what to do, no delays or supply issues. Five weeks later, Gabe and Sully did install - piping, sheet metal, etc all in a day, site left immaculate. Took us through new thermostat. Outstanding work. Days later, on a Friday night, we realized the water heater was off. Selected orompt #5. Service guy, Christian, was over within an hour - and all is good. Integrity Air gave us a great price and great service for my furnace installation and even helped us apply for a tax credit for installing energy efficient appliance. They are the best!
