Our roof was leaking into our garage and I decided to call NW Home Exteriors as they already had great reviews. I called late on a Friday and was greeted by a very kind individual that stated she would pass my information on to an advisor and they would get back to me shortly. About an hour to 2 hours later Ivan (an advisor) was at my house assessing the situation. We discussed timing to get it fixed (as it was pouring and he could see the water coming through the garage) and Ivan stated they would be at the house on Saturday morning to fix the issue. Next day, Saturday, they were at the house in the morning and fixed the issue. This is by far the best service I have EVER received from any construction company and I highly recommend NW Home Exteriors. They are simply amazing!
