Ivan and his crew were responsive, professional and thorough. We had a leak during a stormy time and they repaired it quickly. Unfortunately the roof was in need of replacement and they completed that job as well. We found more damage that originally thought, and they were able to get everything done and the roof is now in like-new condition. I highly recommend them and, in fact they are now going to replace my daughters roof for significantly less that other bids she got. Thank you to Ivan and the crew for your service in replacing my roof and gutters. I appreciated your patience and willingness to answer my many questions. Although there was some break down in communication about the start date which was later than expected due to the weather, Ivan consistently responded to my inquiries. I contacted this company during an emergency and really wish I had not. I had just bought a home in Lake Oswego and moved in, when the first night we suffered a major rain storm. One of our windows had water rushing in upstairs and I contacted NW Exteriors, and reached Ivan. I needed this window fixed immediately, and Ivan was responsive over the phone. He sent someone out and they said they can fix it, and recommended a custom flashing installation to prevent the leak. This did stop the leak, however my window was painted shut! For a single strip of 2’ metal flashing and its installation onto my window the charge was in excess of $3,000. I was shocked, but this was a new home and I was exhausted from the move and stress and just needed it fixed. Don’t make my mistake, they do not use quality people and Ivan will happily take advantage of you.
