Thank you to Ivan and the crew for your service in replacing my roof and gutters. I appreciated your patience and willingness to answer my many questions. Although there was some break down in communication about the start date which was later than expected due to the weather, Ivan consistently responded to my inquiries. Ivan, also, helped me better understand the repairs that needed to be completed and why. I really appreciate the extra time he took to educate me about my roof. The roof and gutters look great. Ivan was very pleasant to work with and we’re confident he made a thorough inspection and evaluation of parts of our roof that we were concerned about. He was able to allay concerns about a skylight and possible rodent entries under the eaves. We may opt to replace our skylight later and, if we do, we’ll use this company. Very impressed he didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need!

After getting 6 estimates I decided to go with NW Home Exteriors. I’m glad I did. The roof looks great! I really like the new ridge vents and roof vents. I like how Ivan took the time to show and explain everything they did. Definitely would recommend! Service: Roof installation
