When Cascade Roofing removed the old asphalt shingles they uncovered significant damage due to a troubles with the previous roofing 18 years ago. Their work was spectacular and they kept me informed as they continued to uncover the hidden and unexpected damage so that there was no surprise. They also provided photographs of what they found which really was a nice touch. They took the time to clean-up diligently and left the property in great shape.
