This was my first time using Ace and I will use them again. A recent storm had ripped cables and their metal cover off the side of my house, also ripping off some wood siding with it. I waited a few weeks for my appointment, but they showed up on time, worked efficiently, and there was no unexpected increase in the final bill. Wil came to do several projects at my house today. I had some doorknobs and toilets that needed to be repaired. Will showed up exactly on time and got right to work. He knew exactly how to fix everything! He made one quick trip to Ace Hardware for some parts and came right back. He finished a little bit early and asked if there was anything else he could do. He added two more quick fixes before he left! This was a very easy scheduling process (including me having to reschedule once) with great communication. Highly recommend!
