Maybe most people just take a $9k lump sum repair bid and go with it, but the working poor need to understand the cost breakdown (or maybe I should say cost buildup) and see if they can take steps to bring the cost down. After many days of not getting a response, Konnor finally sent an email saying they were refunding their initial assessment fee and rescinding their quotes. He wished my sister the best in finding another drainage company that better suits her needs. I guess he was nice about it, but is it unreasonable to request details behind a quote?
