Ability Plus Drainage waterproofed our foundation, installed a french drain, rebuilt our foundation drain and graded our landscape to direct water away from our house. Prior to hiring Ability Plus we received quotes from several contractors, but all of them were guessing why our basement was letting in water. Within 5 minutes of arriving, Greg had found one of the foundation cracks and was prescribing what would need to happen. Greg's knowledge gave us confidence that he knew what needed to change to keep water from coming into our house. The quality of their work was excellent, their crew was efficient and timely, and the results have been good. In other words, no news is great news!
