I found myself in an HVAC predicament in the middle of a heat wave in Portland. Rose City Heating and Air was able to squeeze us in. We were very impressed with the communication by Ryan and Christie. They us know exactly what was happening every step of the way and did an amazing job! We just had a dual system (furnace/heat pump) installed this week, and we are very happy with the service we received so far. The bid we got was very competitive, and Jeff was very accommodating helping brainstorm solutions. Our house did not have an obvious spot for the outdoor unit, so it required some creative thinking up front. Jeff was patient and helpful during this process. They just finished the installation on schedule, and the guys were professional and friendly. We are happy with our service, and would recommend Rose City Heating & Air. Service: Installation
