Dial One did a good job installing a new roof about 5 years ago. They were quick to respond when the old roof on my new home started leaking. But I've needed them to do a small repair for almost a year. They keep saying they don't have my color shingles. Really? I've been a home owner for almost 30 years and have never before had an experience like this. I'm giving up on them. Maybe a small job just isn't worth their time Service: Roof installation

Dial One Roofing is the best in the Portland area. From start to finish, Debbie, Wade Duane and crew were professional, polite, trustworthy, honest, reliable prompt and much more. We had a tile roof and patio cover replaced with new gutters installed. They did it all. They even brought in a port a pottie. I wish I could give them a higher rating. Thank you so very much.
