First came out for a low Freon level in one of the A/C systems, and after extensive testing, that lasted longer than what I was paying for, it was determined it likely was coolant theft rather than a leak of any sort. Refilled the system, after which it worked perfectly all summer. Just got the fall furnace tune-up that is one of the two visits permitted under my maintenance agreement. Very professional.
