The tech was prompt, professional, and prepared. The furnace motor problem was diagnosed quickly, and a phone call was made to check on parts availability; the part was in stock a mile away. After a quick trip to pick it up, the new motor assembly was installed and worked great. The part was not cheap, but the first one lasted 10 years, so no complaints.
