Charlie is the absolute best. He went above and beyond ON A SATURDAY to get our clogged drain fixed. His kindness and knowledge made the experience way less stressful then it could have been and his pricing is ???????????????????????????????? I would honestly never call anyone else for my plumbing needs. Thank Charlie!
I set up an appointment for a quote and I was told that it would be for the morning. I called several times in the morning and they did not pick up. They told me they would meet me in the afternoon and they were a no show. Horrible communication and not reliable.
Charlie was the only plumber who called me back out of ten plumbers I left voicemail messages to explaining that I needed help with a burst pipe in my garage from the ice storm. He was able to come out on short notice and remedy my immediate problem quickly then made a return trip a few days later to take care of another issue we discovered during his first visit. He tackled what was a mess of pipes in my almost 80 year old home and successfully modernized and simplified our plumbing in a way that will last well into the future for a fair price.
