Charlie was thorough and professional. They came in and were able to identify the issues we were having and fixed them promptly. They had given us a quote for an additional issue we were having but some weeks had past before they came back to make the second repair. When they came to bill I asked if the previous quote was still valid and they honored their commitment. I really appreciated the service we received and would highly recommend. I set up an appointment for a quote and I was told that it would be for the morning. I called several times in the morning and they did not pick up. They told me they would meet me in the afternoon and they were a no show. Horrible communication and not reliable.
Charlie is the best! You can tell he has the experience and expertise to really know what he’s doing. He went above and beyond on a Sunday to find and fix a leak at the source instead of leaving it as a patch job. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know. Service: Plumbing leak detection
