Our experience with Efficiency was terrific, we appreciated the fact that a service person was available the same day we called. Our AC leak was fixed quickly with a good explanation as to likely causes. Dietrich (?) was very professional and a comfortable to work with. We will call Efficiency again the next time we need service

Efficiancy Heating and Cooling did great by my family. The gentlemen that came out and installed my equiment were polite, timely, and responcible. I had a fairly complex job with a few significant delays on my part, and Efficiancy was flexable and adaptive to my situation. A special shout out to the crew who did the work, Johnny Durango, AustiN and Dietrich were great. Ive had a lot of contractors out, and these guys were a pleasure to work with. Also a big thanks to Jason, our PM who helped me deal with all the delays. Ive all ready forwarded your names to some people that I know are interested in upgrades and repairs, as well ad my realtor. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Efficiency Heating and Cooling. From Jason who came out to give the estimate to the amazing team of Kellan and Damian, we could not be happier. Everyone was on time, polite, and professional. Kellan and Damian installed our furnace and new AC on a 100 degree day. They were kind and patient with my elderly parents who asked lots of questions. I would highly recommend Efficiency to anyone looking for a new AC/furnace or repair.
