I was very pleased with the whole process of my heat pump installation. The crew (Dell, Kellen, and Noah) did a beautiful job and were pleasant to work with. They were all very polite and professional. There was a slight glitch with the new thermostat (not Efficiency’s fault) and that got corrected quickly. I originally got a quote from a different company but Efficiency offered a much better system for about the same cost. I ended up getting a ducted system, using my current ductwork, that doesn’t need a backup furnace. Fabulous.
Efficiency was very responsive when we needed to determine why our mini-splits were not functioning properly. Ray was incredibly thorough in assessing what our issues may be and providing us with potential solutions, as well as following up with us. Great customer service!
Jim is the best, he showed up and made a relatively cheap and quick fix after another company left us in the heat and tried to charge us over $13,000 for a complete system replacement.
