Jacob’s is a great hvac company. Always professional and go above and beyond to take care of me as a customer. Brian came to our home and was so helpful to solve our problem. I needed a small motor replacement for a carrier ventilator unit. The tech came out and said it would need to be ordered. He took pictures of the unit and it’s number, etc. The service department called and said it would cost $2,000! I questioned whether they we’re looking at the correct part. They said they were and that those motors are very expensive. Another tech (who did great work for us in the past) came out and said that someone ordered the wrong part and that the correct part needed to be ordered and was a lot less cost. Since I didn’t hear back from Jacobs about the re-order, I called the service department. I was told there was nothing in their files about the problem. The agent said she would call/text the tech, but there was nothing further she could do. I should add that I have their annual service contract. It seems the ball is being dropped. Update: Jacobs ordered the part from the factory. It was supposed to be shipped to Jacobs on 07/26. No motor to dat

Had the annual service done on our 17 year old a/c unit by Jon Hick of Jacobs Heating & AC and was extremely impressed by his thoroughness in completing the tasks involved and answering all questions I had. He did not try to sell me something our a/c unit did not need instead focusing on making sure all air filters were clean, equipment was working to specs and there was no leakage. One of the best furnace & a/c service techs I've come across in a long time. Jon is a 'keeper' in my opinion. Sincerely Paul Webber
