Jef did a competent job troubleshooting my furnace problem and was very considerate of my need for a functioning heating system during this recent very cold weather. Had the annual service done on our 17 year old a/c unit by Jon Hick of Jacobs Heating & AC and was extremely impressed by his thoroughness in completing the tasks involved and answering all questions I had. He did not try to sell me something our a/c unit did not need instead focusing on making sure all air filters were clean, equipment was working to specs and there was no leakage. One of the best furnace & a/c service techs I've come across in a long time. Jon is a 'keeper' in my opinion. Sincerely Paul Webber
