This was a replacement for a bathtub and that had seen some neglect from not being well maintained due to some difficult circumstances with the property. The sales process, while cordial, was a little too high pressure and required me to make decisions without being able to consult other ownership parties. That was the only thing we were really not completely comfortable with, with regards to this project. Stan the installer did a great job and completed the work with a minimum of disruptions. His work was completed quickly and the new shower and flooring look great. While we didn't go crazy with the options that were available, the end product is visually appealing. He cleaned up the area, probably better than it was before he started and left no materials or debris behind for us to have to dispose of. We wanted to update our master bathroom and hired YHIC to replace the shower and retile around the bathtub. Stan did all the work and now we have a modern, beautiful bathroom. Stan's work is outstanding, and he was always respectful, professional, and courteous. He cleaned thoroughly after all his work each day. We would definitely recommend this company.

I went with YHIC because I wanted an end-to-end bathroom remodel without the inevitable frustration that comes with hiring a contractor. Unfortunately, this backfired big time on me. Not only did I pour my money down the drain, but I now beat myself up every time I take a shower in the new bathtub. Firstly, YHIC charged me a whooping $16000 for replacing the shower wall, bathtub and shower tile and replacing the toilet. I paid for the toiler and other hardware myself and so that's not included in the $16000. We did not change our vanity or anything in the vanity area either. No one who comes into our bathroom would even think it's a remodeled one. The materials YHIC offers in their catalog don't lean towards today's trends and more importantly aren't of top notch quality. The bathtub that was included in our $16000 quote comes with a drain that is rusting not long after 3 months of installation! More importantly, it DOES NOT drain.
