We highly recommend Interstate Roofing! We had our entire roof replaced recently and have nothing but good news to report about our experience from everyone with whom we came in contact. Every step of the process we were kept informed by email or phone. We knew just what to expect and were given lists about how to get ready for the process. The three construction persons who did the work were thorough, thoughtful, and clearly very experienced. We had a supervisor assigned to us who consulted with us everyday during the replacement work. The dumpster driver went out of his way to place the box where it was most convenient for us. Once the job was finished, our home was quickly returned to its previous state except that now we have a beautiful new roof. We are truly grateful to Interstate Roofing for all of their help. This is the second house I have used Interstate Roofing for and like the first time they did an amazing job! My roof job was done by two teams (different roof types) and both Superintendents were great at keeping me updated with things they found during tear down and answering my questions. The roofing team for the pitched part of the roof were great at keeping the place cleaned up and were super friendly! The crew at Interstate were friendly and hard working. I felt like the sales person was honest and experienced and I was confident in my decision to hire them. The daily crew worked hard and cleaned up after each day. They came back at the end to clean up debris at my neighbor's house as well. I appreciated the communication and think the roof looks amazing. I would have appreciated a more comprehensive materials list because there was some confusion at the end of the job about whether or not the left over materials belonged to me or not, but I didn't have that information so I can't be certain. All in all I think they did a great job and would be happy to recommend them to others. Service: Roof installation
