The work was better than we could have ever imagined, and we had such a positive experience that we decided to re-hire them immediately to paint the exterior of our house. Lo’s did excellent work. Their customer service is great. I got 4 bids for the work I had done: some siding replacement and painting the exterior of my house. Lo’s was not the lowest bid but competitive. I chose them because they were the one company to keep in close touch with me through the process. I found Amadou ready to fine tune the contract once I decided to accept their bid. The work itself was careful. They do not cut corners or skip steps or use cheap materials. There was an unexpected problem with some siding around an exterior fireplace that Pablo solved. They kept to the schedule we worked out and completed the work on time. Several of my neighbors observed parts of the ongoing work and told me how impressed they were with the quality of the work being done. I intend to hire them again as I need other repairs etc in the future. I am very pleased with the results--my house looks great.
