I had my roof replaced by their roofers in portland, and I'm reasonably happy with what they delivered. Good price, pretty quick turnaround. I will say that communication was a problem through much of the process: * Trying to actually get a copy of the warranty after the fact was a week long process with emails, calls, and texts to many different people, most with promises of getting back to me that never came to anything. I eventually got the paperwork, but it was a frustrating process. * I was told that communication would "go dark" for a few weeks between signing the contract and setting a date to get the project going, and they weren't kidding, there was no communication or information to get from the main office about the process during that time. * Getting a dumpster delivered and taken away was problematic, apparently the contractor was way understaffed, which happens, but the communication between the project manager and the dumpster contractor and the actual roofers was lackin

Great work! David was amazing to work with and really was able to speak to my parents in their native language. Much appreciated and we love our new roof
