This summer we decided to take on a few DIY projects in our kitchen and quickly realized that we underestimated the work and skill needed to complete those projects in our 100 year old house. We realized we needed new floors, man power to take out the existing floor, help leveling, and more! It was a disaster to say the least, until we called Joaquin. I kid you not, the man came in like Superman ready to save the day. He came the same day we called, gave us an estimate, and was ready to go within a couple of days. At that point, we had no clue what to do about anything and he guided us through the entire process with a lot of grace. After we saw how diligent he was with the floors we didn't think twice about hiring him for the remainder of the work needed. One of the most surprising qualities we found in him was his ability to find small details that with his fresh and creative lens he problem-solved to transform.
