We bought one of Dale's Homes and are very pleased with our new house! Good value, good quality, and very responsive to all of our questions during the process. The realtor Patty was also wonderful to work with and made the whole process go smoothly. We couldn't be happier with our home!
The team is always quick to respond and easy to work with. Their process is easy to understand you will enjoy working with them!
They communicate and do not leave you hanging. Had a couple questions about their home they built in Dallas, regarding structural damage and warranty, they got back to me within hours. Which is great , shows they care about customer service. Didn’t get the answers I was looking for but still seems like a great company.
