Very good customer service experience from the whole Woodward team. Scheduling was a breeze. The technician, Brandon, arrived on time and was very good to explain his findings and present options for resolving equipment issues. His work was professional and efficient. We will be using the Woodward team to replace a 28 year old system with a new system. We look forward to a continued relationship with the Woodward team. Service: HVAC system maintenance

We were out driving around and noticed Woodward Heating van. Tuesday (9/5/23) I called to set up annual maintenance service. The price was reasonable and competitive and was able to come the next day (9/06/23) between 10am - noon. At about 10:30 am, technician Aaron V arrived and spent about an hour. Aaron took his time didn’t appear to be in rush, was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. At this time I plan to use Woodward heating for annual maintenance and other services if needed.

I am a repeat customer of Woodward for a reason…helpful, quality work, and above all, trustworthy and honest. Pricing was fair and no hidden tricks. Everything was straight forward.
