I accidentally broke a pipe underneath our house. Called Evergreen, David, our plumber, was AMAZING!! He was incredibly intelligent, insightful, and honest. I did not feel like he was just “trying to make a buck” off of us, he was genuine. We may not have liked what we heard, but he was honest and helpful. Unfortunately, we have to have several pipes and valves replaced, but he showed us exactly why they need to be redone. He was very explanatory, put everything in layman’s terms so we could understand him easily and follow what was going on with our plumbing issue. I think the most important part of this is that David was personable, our dog loved him, and he was honest and genuine. We will definitely be using Evergreen service again, and ask for David specifically. He even gave us a referral for abatement services,(something we had no clue we had to do)to clean up the mess under our house. Had my water heater replaced and the experience was great! Jeff Beaudion was my technician and he was fantastic. He took his time going through all of my options and explained the replacement process from start to finish. He answered all of my questions throughout the install and was very personable and professional. I will definitely be calling Evergreen again for any future plumbing needs.

Had Evergreen Plumbing do a pipe replacement for a former rental property that we had purchased and I am not disappointed. The job was tricky and had numerous challenges and they rose to occasion. Exceptional customer service and truly hard-working team. They were a little higher in price compared to other estimates but the service and quality was worth it. A really good buy. It was really refreshing to work with an outfit that was dedicated to delivering a good product, being professional, and wanting to make a good name of their business.
