We suspected a water heater leak on a Friday afternoon. We called several plumbers, most of whom did not return our calls. Evergreen gave us their first appointment on Monday. Will was professional, efficient and thorough. He checked our entire plumbing “map”, gave us a comprehensive estimate, and got right to work. He also laid out the additional steps required and recommended service providers for us to consider. The leak turned out to be under the floor and Will stayed and did all that was necessary to fix the problem. Best plumbing experience we’ve ever had.

I called this morning to have someone come out and give me a bid to replace a broke pipe and faucet. My house is very old and I knew it needed a new water heater and change out the old pipes. Kyle came out and did a full inspection, gave me four options of things that need to be fixed or replaced. Explained everything well and there was no pressure. I’ll be doing everything on the list and I feel confident with the plumbers and the company.

Jeff and Grant did a quick walk through of the house and looked over all the plumbing even though we had a fairly simple job request. They provided us with several quotes covering the original job request all the way to a whole house plumbing replacement. It's an old house so having this quote in my back pocket will be great as we plan for future projects. As a pseudo handyman myself I was happy to see that their plan for the project was similar to mine, but they also added the steps required to make it legal, which I wasn't aware of. So a VERY good decision in the long run.
