Mark has many years of experience and is very professional. When he came to provide a free estimate, he climbed on the roof to accurately inspect what was needed. He provided cleaning and a few small repairs on vents. I highly recommend his services and would have him return in the future.

We purchased a home with the intent of flipping after a couple of years. The roof was in desperate need of a cleaning so we called First Aid Roof Care and were pleasantly surprised to find out that this is a small family business. We were scheduled a bid, they came out the day of and actually within their window of time, gave us the bid and then called to schedule the job. They did make a mess but assured me they would clean it up and they did! While on the roof, Mark (owner), said that my shed was also covered in moss and tree branches and for a small additional charge he cleaned that for us as well. We are thankful for the fast and reliable service we received and have recommended to them to many friends in the area.
