We purchased our new heat pump and furnace from Able Heating about 6-7 years ago and they have always provided great service during our annual maintenance calls. I can confirm that they stand behind their products and customers as I had an issue with my heat pump last thursday and was worried I would be without AC for this current heatwave. Able sent out two technicians (Fernando & Kevin) the next morning and they diagnosed the issue (corroded wire causing low voltage) and corrected it so that my unit was up and running quickly. Fernando & Kevin are both great - very knowledgeable, professional, and kept me updated as to their progress on my issue. If you are considering a new hvac system, get a quote from Able in your search! Pro tip - consider purchasing your maintenance contract upfront to lock in pricing. We have a 10 year service plan for annual tuneups and I'm glad we locked that in early as service calls and filter prices have definitely gone up in the last 6 years. Serv

After 23 years my heat/ AC unit had to be replaced. Able was recommended to me and I was very pleased. Lewis came out and laid out my options in a straightforward and understandable way. Kevin was our technician who serviced our AC system to get it ready for the summer season. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He tested our system to ensure the condenser was in working order. He also flushed the condensation pump and showed me how to do it as well. Happy to continue working with this company.
