Kevin was our technician who serviced our AC system to get it ready for the summer season. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He tested our system to ensure the condenser was in working order. He also flushed the condensation pump and showed me how to do it as well. Happy to continue working with this company. I won't be calling anyone else for emergency HVAC needs, Able Heating & Cooling was top notch. When i called after hours with an AC outage, the receptionist walked me through a few troubleshooting steps to see if I could remedy on my own. Those didn't work, so they sent someone out at 9 AM the next morning. Ken V. was an awesome professional, he was teaching me about my system as he was diagnosing the problem. Once he identified the source of the issue, he told me what I needed at Home Depot and exactly how to fix it and saved me hundreds of dollars in labor. It was so refreshing to work with a serviceman who was interested in educating & empowering me as a home owner instead of gouging me based on my inexperience. Highly, highly recommend them.
