I cannot say enough about how great our experience with Bruner was! I can do most plumbing work myself, but when we had a main line leak I decided to get quotes from several local plumbers. Bruner was prompt, honest, fair and incredibly affordable compared to all the others. And best of all they came in under the bid! I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service from Justin at Bruner Plumbing. I've had a shower valve that has had very low flow for months and tried everything I knew to remedy the situation, finally throwing in the towel and calling Bruner. Justin came on a service call and took the perfect methodical approach to solving the problem. Worst case scenario would have been cutting into the wall & drywall to replace the shower valve. Justin worked step by step backwashing and purging hot and cold supply lines and the valve and solved the problem. Bruner is my go to plumbing contractor and that's a comfort for me to have a solid, qualified & professional plumbing contractor in my arsenal for any problems that may come up down the road. I recommend them without reservation for your plumbing needs.

Simply put - I had an issue with a specific type of toilet and was told this company would be familiar with this type of toilet. This was an issue that required a prompt response. I called Bruner's 4 times and I spoke to the customer service agent twice. I was told both times that I would get a call back from a technician to discuss the issue and from there set up an appointment. I never once received a call and found another service.
