The first company we called about our sewer issues charged us to assess the problem and told us we had very extensive issues that would cost tens of thousands of dollars. Thankfully we got a second opinion with Sewer Renewal Specialists. We had a great experience with their team from start to finish. Joe did an excellent job assessing our somewhat complex and perplexing issue and was very professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. He came up with a solution that cost less than a quarter of what the first company quoted. The office staff were very responsive and even worked with us to reschedule the job when we had a conflict. The whole team worked hard and did a great job communicating with us - and I couldn't believe how quickly they got everything done. Wow! What an amazing team they have! Everyone I interacted with via email, text, or phone was professional, courteous, and concise. In particular, Kamryn was outstanding! He oversaw the entire process of helping us solve a complicated repair of a party sewer line (shared with neighbor) that ran about 100' out to the public sewer main below our home on vacant land owned by the city. Kamryn did a great job of explaining our options and being the go between with our neighbor's since we live in another state. He went above and beyond to explain all of the price breakdown and the process. We opted to go with their recommended CIPP process which allows them to repair the existing pipes by inserting a liner/sleeve into the pipes to seal any joint separations or cracks in the pipes and making them better than new! I can't recommend them highly enough for any sewer work you need done!

We converted from septic to city sewer and Seweral Renewal Specialists took care of it all! There were bumps along the way because we are subject to the jurisdictions of multiple cities/counties and they were able to take care of all the permitting from start to finish and were great communicators throughout the whole process.
