Our electricity service failed and caused surging throughout the house one strange day (which was repaired quickly by the company who supplies and we awoke the following morning with a kaput furnace (fried fan motor) and a very chilly house. Before making coffee...we called Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning (CZH&AC) and spoke with the owner, David. (D) (They'd installed our complete system, along with adding an APCO air-scrubber so we knew we were destined for great service.) Not only was hid bid $10,000+ less, he sat with us answering all of our questions. We shopped no further and went with Comfort Zone. They arrived at the appointed day, a bit early, and were done well inside the quoted time frame. And exactly as quoted for the cost. So, yes they covered the basics, they met and exceeded every expectation we had. As consumers it is so hard to n
