Adam was great, they came out next day, were respectful of my time constraints and he even showed up early. He was very informative, explained everything in detail and was upfront about costs. He was extremely respectful of our living space, cleaned up the area and was in and put quickly. It also helps that they were able to offer us the best pricing around as we had contacted several companies who wanted to charge over $100 just to come out and tell us what we already knew.
EXCELLENT service! Fast Water Heater Company lives up to their name. Beau Hoelle is a great service tech. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He corrected some things that were wrong with the old water heater and installed the new one leaving the area very clean.
