Marlon came on a Saturday, was professional, polite and friendly and took care of a big clog in our main house line that was stopping up 3 bathrooms. He obviously knew what he was doing, talked to us about what he was doing and gave us good advice for the future. Really positive experience with this company. So these two younger guys came out and were in the basement cleaning out our drain and the one guy used out broom and cleaned up feces and toilet paper then decided to put it in our sink to rinse it off. I came down my stairs and caught him and said why are you using my broom and he said sorry. I called the company and explained what happened and they said they would replace it and still have yet to replace it. They are not supposed to use clients belongings. I am not happy and would never recommend them. Service: Sewer repair
