Our main AC unit went out a few days ago and Metropolitan HVAC came to the rescue by installing a new unit and adding a heat pump as well in a matter of a couple days! This is after they took great care of us over the winter by replacing an outdoor unit for a mini split system in very short time. I couldn’t recommend this company more. And Metal is very happy as you can see in the pic!
After numerous repairs over the last few years, we decided to replace our current heating/cooling system. Steve was the first person to respond and give us a quote. He is super knowledgeable, friendly and customer service oriented. Not only did he give us the best price, but after meeting Steve, we knew this was the company we wanted to use for our new system. Installation and cleanup was great. Steve and his team went above and beyond making sure everything was working properly and answered all our questions. Metropolitan HVAC has a customer for life! There are a lot of plumbing/hvac companies who advertise 24 hour emergency service. When you have an emergency need, you quickly find out that most don't actually provide that service. I had one of those needs. My business had water coming in through the wall, and I was out of state so I couldn't diagnose the issue. I called at least 5 places who advertise 24 hour service, only to be told by EVERY ONE of them that they couldn't help me until the next day. I found Metropolitan online and gave them a try, expecting the same. I immediately knew they were different when the phone was answered by Steven, not an answering service. Steve listened to my issue and gave me options. He didn't want to charge me the emergency fee (which was actually really reasonable) unless I really needed it. For peace of mind I asked him to please go out, which he promptly did. Steve figued out the problem, applied a temporary fix that night (at 9:00!!) and came back early the next morning to fix it.
